Carmela joined CNREF in 2025 as a Commercial Mortgage Associate. Prior to CNREF, she worked as a Strategist at Razorfish and as a Financial Analyst at AGM Financial Services, Inc. She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from Loyola University Maryland and just recently obtained an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
