Ashish Amin is a Vice President at ColumbiaNational and is responsible for arranging debt and equity financing for all asset classes including hospitality, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and self storage.  Mr. Amin has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years and joined ColumbiaNational in 2013 and has been involved in the successful execution of over $1billion of debt, equity, and structured finance transactions. Mr. Amin received a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and an undergraduate Finance degree from George Washington University.  He also attended the University of Virginia.  He is a Northern Virginia native and resides in Arlington, VA with his wife and two kids.

Steve Arnold is a Vice President at ColumbiaNational and is responsible for structuring debt and equity for all property types. Since 2001, when Mr. Arnold joined ColumbiaNational, he has contributed to the closing of over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions across all property types. Mr. Arnold received a Master of Science in Institutional Real Estate Investment from Johns Hopkins University in 2007 and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia in 1996. He is an active member in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP and resides in Baltimore City with his wife and two children.

Beth Audoersch is an Executive Vice President at ColumbiaNational and has over 25 years of mortgage banking experience. She is responsible for closings, GNMA securitization, construction loan administration and overseeing processing of the FHA insured multifamily loans.  She helps clients navigate the FHA Multifamily loan programs for permanent and construction loans. She joined ColumbiaNational in 2003 after working with Mercantile Mortgage Corporation, a real estate finance subsidiary of Mercantile Bankshares (now PNC Bank). Beth graduated with honors from Notre Dame of Maryland University with a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Finance and Management.

Justin Brindger is a Vice President at Columbia National and works on the production team out of the Washington, DC office. He has helped his clients find senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity for various product types, including multifamily, condominium, industrial, self-storage, hotel, office, and retail. Mr. Brindger’s experience on the development/acquisition side of the real estate business allows him to understand and communicate to the appropriate equity and debt sources on behalf of clients. Previously he worked with Skanska USA Commercial Development, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Trammell Crow (now CBRE). Mr. Brindger received a B.S. in business administration with a focus in legal studies from Ithaca College and has a Master’s of Science in Real Estate with an emphasis in development from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Justin resides in Washington, DC, with his wife and three children.

Susan is responsible for the administration of multiple facets of the Company’s operations including the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. commercial mortgage production offices. Ms. Cleaver oversees the Company’s compliance with numerous state business licenses as well as the maintenance of the production offices equipment and supply needs. She also organizes all travel and conference activity of the office employees as well as processing the expense reimbursements for such activities.Additional responsibilities include administration of construction draws, title endorsements and processing and tracking construction change orders, offsite escrows and assists with processing of Ginnie Mae pools.Susan has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years and resides in Baltimore County, Maryland with her husband.

Mike Cordes has been Managing Director and Principal with ColumbiaNational since 2003. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer of Mercantile Mortgage Corporation, a real estate finance subsidiary of Mercantile Bankshares (now PNC Bank). Mike specializes in multifamily finance utilizing HUD’s programs, the GSE’s, life insurance capital sources, and commercial banks. He has arranged financing for tens of thousands of apartment units, including permanent loans, new construction projects, office-to-apartment conversions, as well as the first multifamily air-rights building utilizing Fannie Mae financing in the U.S.  Mike has also financed hundreds of millions in manufactured housing communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mike is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and received his MBA from Loyola University in 1983.  He is past president and former board member of the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association and is currently a board member of the Baltimore Chapter of LAI International, a land economics organization who’s curated membership is by invitation only.

Tyler Harned is a Vice President at ColumbiaNational and is responsible for underwriting and arranging debt and equity for all product types. Since joining ColumbiaNational in 2017, Tyler has been involved in the successful execution of over $2.5 billion worth of debt, equity and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining ColumbiaNational, Tyler worked as a Director for Pillar Financial, where he structured and managed over $500M of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions through the underwriting and closing process. Mr. Harned received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. He is an active member of the DC Real Estate Group and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Bryan Leigh joined ColumbiaNational in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Debt & Structured Finance. Mr. Leigh specializes in arranging debt & equity for all deal profiles and across all major product types, including land, data center, industrial, life-science, self-storage, office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use. Previously, Mr. Leigh was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at EagleBank, a regional powerhouse in commercial real estate finance, where he provided construction, bridge, and structured credit facilities. While at EagleBank, Mr. Leigh closed more than $1.7 Billion of commercial credit facilities and managed one of the bank’s largest portfolios. He also advised clients on interest rate hedging strategies and SWAP products. Mr. Leigh is a DC-area native and graduated with honors from Clemson University with a B.S. in Economics. He resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and three children.

Kevin P. McCarthy is a Managing Director at ColumbiaNational and manages the Baltimore, Maryland office. He is responsible for originating both debt and equity transactions for all property types. Prior to joining ColumbiaNational in October of 2016, Mr. McCarthy was the President and CEO of PNC Realty Advisors, an SEC registered investment advisor which is wholly owned by PNC Bank. Mr. McCarthy developed and executed the business plan to create PNC Realty Advisors and oversaw it’s growth to over $5 billion in assets under management with offices in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, CA. Mr. McCarthy began his career with Mercantile Bank, a predecessor to PNC in 1985. Over his career, Mr. McCarthy has acquired, developed, owned, operated, and financed over $10 billion in institutional real estate. He is married with 3 children and lives in Ruxton.

Miranda Musser, FHA Multifamily Loan Processor, joined ColumbiaNational in 2016. She assists the FHA Multifamily team with the processing of permanent and construction loans. Prior to ColumbiaNational, Miranda worked as a residential loan processor for Howard Bank. She earned her bachelor degree from University of Maryland and currently resides in Pasadena in Anne Arundel County.

Scott H. Park is a Managing Director and the Managing Member of ColumbiaNational. He is responsible for producing new loans, managing the Washington DC production office, and overseeing operations in loan servicing and loan production, as well as managing overall corporate strategy. Scott has been active in commercial real estate since 1993 and joined the firm in 2001. He has successfully closed loans for apartments, office, retail, warehouse/flex, self-storage, hotels, marinas, and golf courses using multiple capital sources and a variety of loan structures. Prior to working in mortgage banking, Scott worked as a commercial real estate appraiser and in hotel group sales. Scott received a Bachelors in Science business degree from West Virginia University and a Masters in Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.

Brett Parker is a Vice President at ColumbiaNational and is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the production team in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to joining ColumbiaNational, he worked as a member of an industrial brokerage team at CBRE. Mr. Parker has an undergraduate Economics degree from Dickinson College, which he received after attending St. Paul’s High School. He holds his Maryland Real Estate Salesperson License and resides in Rodgers Forge, Maryland.

David Rogers, Managing Director, provides financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Rogers focuses on new debt and equity originations, borrower and investor relations, and overall business development. Mr. Rogers joined ColumbiaNational in 2007 after spending 19 years with the Randall H. Hagner Company, where he oversaw the mortgage origination group and was a top producer. He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University, is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington (“MBAMW”), a past member of the Board of Directors of the MBAMW, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Maryland.

Deri Rowe is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer at ColumbiaNational.  Her corporate responsibilities include Accounting, Financial Reporting, Cash Management and Human Resources.  Her servicing responsibilities include Investor Reporting, Payment Processing and Real Estate Tax functions.  Ms. Rowe received an Accounting Degree from the University of Baltimore, and is a CPA.  She has worked in the mortgage industry for 33 years.

Gail Shank is a Managing Director at ColumbiaNational and responsible for the Asset Management department including lender relations, loan management, insurance, inspections, and default management activities. She has more than 20 years of mortgage banking and commercial real estate experience. She joined the company in 2004 and has a Masters Degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from the University of Baltimore. A native of Baltimore, she resides in Gambrills, MD with her family.

Joshua Stone is a Managing Director at ColumbiaNational and is responsible for arranging debt and equity for apartments, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and self-storage. In addition to traditional commercial mortgages, Mr. Stone also specializes in construction permanent and bridge loans. Mr. Stone joined ColumbiaNational in 2005 as a financial analyst, and in 2014 he became a principal in the company. Since becoming a production originator in 2012 he has directly originated over $2.75 billion of debt, equity, and structured finance transactions. Since joining ColumbiaNational, Mr. Stone has been involved with the closing of over $6 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Stone received an undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and is a lifelong Baltimore resident graduating from Friends School of Baltimore. He resides in Ruxton with his family.

Kevin Tehan is a Managing Director and Principal of ColumbiaNational.  Mr. Tehan’s day to day responsibilities include raising debt and equity capital for real estate developers and investors across the United States on single asset and portfolio transactions.  Mr. Tehan has spent 15 years in commercial real estate development and finance.  Since joining ColumbiaNational in 2014, Mr. Tehan has executed on over 250 transactions and over $5 billion in deal volume.  Mr. Tehan has been involved in some of the highest profile transactions in the region over the past 10 years during his tenure at ColumbiaNational.  He has executed on projects across 16 states with more than 50 different capital sources on all of the major asset classes including apartments, office, retail, flex, industrial, self-storage and hospitality.  Mr. Tehan is involved in the charitable community with University of Maryland Medical System and Kennedy Krieger Institute.  He currently sits on the board with the Community College of Baltimore County.
