We encourage our employees to volunteer time by providing paid time off for a Day of Service. We also encourage donating to important causes by offering a generous Matching Gift. In 2020 we enhanced our Matching Gift to a 5 to 1 match to address the enhanced need for support during the pandemic as well as the practical difficulty volunteering face-to-face.
