Mr. Arnold received a Master of Science in Institutional Real Estate Investment from Johns Hopkins University in 2007 and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia in 1996. He is an active member in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP and resides in Baltimore City with his wife and two children.

Beth Audoersch is an Executive Vice President at ColumbiaNational and has over 25 years of mortgage banking experience. She helps clients navigate the FHA Multifamily loan programs for permanent and construction loans. She joined ColumbiaNational in 2003 after working with Mercantile Mortgage Corporation, a real estate finance subsidiary of Mercantile Bankshares (now PNC Bank). Beth graduated with honors from Notre Dame of Maryland University with a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Finance and Management.

Justin Brindger is a Vice President at Columbia National and works on the production team out of the Washington, DC office. He has helped his clients find senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity for various product types, including multifamily, condominium, industrial, self-storage, hotel, office, and retail. Mr. Brindger’s experience on the development/acquisition side of the real estate business allows him to understand and communicate to the appropriate equity and debt sources on behalf of clients. Previously he worked with Skanska USA Commercial Development, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Trammell Crow (now CBRE). Mr. Brindger received a B.S. in business administration with a focus in legal studies from Ithaca College and has a Master’s of Science in Real Estate with an emphasis in development from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Justin resides in Washington, DC, with his wife and three children.

Susan is responsible for the administration of multiple facets of the Company’s operations including the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. commercial mortgage production offices. Ms. Cleaver oversees the Company’s compliance with numerous state business licenses as well as the maintenance of the production offices equipment and supply needs. She also organizes all travel and conference activity of the office employees as well as processing the expense reimbursements for such activities.Additional responsibilities include administration of construction draws, title endorsements and processing and tracking construction change orders, offsite escrows and assists with processing of Ginnie Mae pools.Susan has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years and resides in Baltimore County, Maryland with her husband.

Prior to joining ColumbiaNational, Tyler worked as a Director for Pillar Financial, where he structured and managed over $500M of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions through the underwriting and closing process. Mr. Harned received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. He is an active member of the DC Real Estate Group and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Kevin P. McCarthy is a Managing Director at ColumbiaNational and serves as both the manager of the Baltimore office and the head of the FHA Multi-Family department. In his role, he is responsible for originating both debt and equity transactions for all property types. Mr. McCarthy joined ColumbiaNational in October of 2016 and has played a crucial role in overseeing the growth and development of the Baltimore office.
Prior to his current position, he held the position of President and CEO of PNC Realty Investors, an SEC-registered investment advisor wholly-owned by PNC Bank. In this role, Mr. McCarthy successfully developed and executed the business plan that led to the creation of PNC Realty Investors. Under his leadership, the firm grew to manage over $5 billion in assets with offices in Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, CA.
Kevin McCarthy initiated his career with Mercantile Bank in 1985, a predecessor to PNC, showcasing his extensive experience in the real estate industry.
Throughout his career, he has excelled in acquiring, developing, owning, operating, and financing over $15 billion in institutional real estate. Mr. McCarthy is married with three children and resides in Ruxton.

Scott H. Park is a Managing Director and the Managing Member of ColumbiaNational. He is responsible for producing new loans, managing the Washington DC production office, and overseeing operations in loan servicing and loan production, as well as managing overall corporate strategy. Scott has been active in commercial real estate since 1993 and joined the firm in 2001. He has successfully closed loans for apartments, office, retail, warehouse/flex, self-storage, hotels, marinas, and golf courses using multiple capital sources and a variety of loan structures. Prior to working in mortgage banking, Scott worked as a commercial real estate appraiser and in hotel group sales. Scott received a Bachelors in Science business degree from West Virginia University and a Masters in Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.

Since joining ColumbiaNational, Mr. Stone has been involved with the closing of over $6 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Stone received an undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and is a lifelong Baltimore resident graduating from Friends School of Baltimore. He resides in Ruxton with his family.

Kevin Tehan is a Managing Director and Principal of ColumbiaNational. Mr. Tehan’s day to day responsibilities include raising debt and equity capital for real estate developers and investors across the United States on single asset and portfolio transactions. Mr. Tehan has spent 15 years in commercial real estate development and finance. Since joining ColumbiaNational in 2014, Mr. Tehan has executed on over 500 transactions and over $7 billion in deal volume. Mr. Tehan has been involved in some of the highest profile transactions in the region over the past 10 years during his tenure at ColumbiaNational. He has executed on projects across 25 states with more than 50 different capital sources on all of the major asset classes including apartments, office, retail, flex, industrial, self-storage and hospitality. Mr. Tehan is involved in the charitable community with University of Maryland Medical System and Kennedy Krieger Institute. He currently sits on the board with the Community College of Baltimore County.
