ColumbiaNational Real Estate Finance, LLC is pleased to announce a promotion on the Washington DC Loan Production team. Ashish Amin has been promoted to Senior Vice President.

Ashish joined ColumbiaNational in 2013 and has been the mortgage banker for numerous successful loan closings with Life Insurance Companies, Banks, Debt Funds and CMBS shops. He has been particularly successful with Hotel Financings and has built many strong relationships with active hotel lenders, owners, and operators.  He has executed complex hotel transactions including ground-up construction loans, acquisition-rehabilitation bridge loans, adaptive reuse and conversions of obsolete buildings, and re-flagging projects. He has also closed many permanent fixed-rate non-recourse loans, and loans secured by office buildings, retail centers, apartments, warehouses, and self-storage facilities.
