Towson, MD (February 10, 2025) – ColumbiaNational Real Estate Finance, LLC, a leading commercial real estate mortgage banking firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Caroline Birch as Transaction Manager. She will play a key role on the Loan Production Team, led by Kevin McCarthy, supporting the company’s efforts to efficiently, uneventfully, and successfully close new transactions.

Caroline brings 22 years of experience in closing commercial loans, having previously worked with Peter Wong & Associates and, most recently, with JS Coats Capital. Over her distinguished career, she has managed loan closings for several of ColumbiaNational’s correspondent life insurance companies and is highly skilled in all aspects of the closing process.

Caroline officially joined ColumbiaNational as a Transaction Manager in January. She will work with loan originators from the Washington and Baltimore offices, further strengthening the company’s presence in the region.
